The Xplosion are coached and trained by John Greaves.

John Greaves, is the Director of Coaching for YMS, and has brought his soccer knowledge and years of experience to YMS to create a positive impact on both the players and the club. John oversees the travel program which has over 750 players. He also oversees the In House program which is 1200 players strong. Along with David Simpson who is the assistant director of Soccer at YMS, we have become  one of the largest all around player clubs on the East Coast and has grown tremendously in both size and reputation since it’s inception 26 years ago. We offer premier, academy, In House and adult programs for all levels of play. Created in 2003, the Academy program which is an integral part of the travel program, was introduced by John, and is now 17 teams strong.
