Dates: Week 1 August 4th to 8th Time Slots: 8:00am- 10:30am 4:30pm to 7pm 7:15 pm to 9:45pm

Dates: WEEK 2 August 11th to 15th
Time Slots: (circle one ) 8am to 10:30am 4:30pm to 7pm 7:15pm to 9:45pm

** you may apply for both weeks if desired, however each team will be given the option to at least 1 time slot before your team can attend 2 sessions.
Cost $140.00 per player
***Team Coach is to collect 1 TEAM CHECK (no individual checks will be accepted). Checks are to be made payable to JOHN GREAVES The team coach/manager is to book a time slot.

* Please note, it is up to the discretion of the coaching staff, where you team will be placed. Team camps weeks are not only set up based on desired slots, they are based on age group abilities, staff availability, and field space. The teams not only train amonst themselves, but are set up so that they can have scrimmages against age group/player levels that will challenge them and ge them ready for the fall season.
