9/26 - All starting times for the 11v11 Friday night matches were pushed back 15 minutes to allow for additional travel time for those teams participating. The schedules have been updated to reflect the time change and those coaches affected should have received an automated email.
9/24 - Schedules for the 2007 YMS Columbus Cup are now completed and posted. Every effort was made to satisy those requests from coaches with multiple team conflicts. As was stated previously, the scheduling committee has been monitoring league and tournament results over the past few weeks, and in some cases there was movement of teams to more appropriate divisions prior to the schedule being posted. The 2007 Columbus Cup schedule includes a record 306 teams from 10 state associations and 2 Canadian clubs, competing at 8 different venues. In an effort to increase the quality of the fields (especially with the lack of rain over the past month), the tournament has been successful in renting fields from our friends at Langhorne, Upper Makefield, The Pennington School, Falls, and Pearls soccer clubs. All of the fields used by the tournament are within a 10 mile radius of Macclesfield Park. Detailed directions to all sites will be posted shortly. At this time we can no longer accept additional scheduling requests. Please continue to check the tournament website frequently for updates.
